31 connected surfaces
One agent, wired into everything the business runs.
Not four things. The list, the phone, the ads, the books, the calendar, the field, the inbox, the reviews. Redshift reads and writes across the whole operation from one login. Where a surface has an API it connects directly; where it does not, it works through the accounts and files you already have.

Money. Comms. Marketing. The field. Front desk.
The day is laid out before you wake up.
By morning Redshift has called back the missed leads, chased the old quotes and flagged the money that is late. You read one brief and start.
Your business. Powered by Redshift.
Redshift includes your managed workspace, business connections and unlimited everyday assistance with Lightspeed, subject to fair use. Connect your own premium AI subscription for the work that needs deeper judgment. We strongly recommend Claude; Codex and Grok connections are also planned.
- It answers the phone, books the jobs and follows up every quote.
- It chases the invoices and the money that is late.
- It runs your ads, your reviews and your website.
- It works on its own computer, on the jobs no app can reach.
- It connects to what you already run instead of replacing it.
- Ask questions, research, draft and get everyday work done with Lightspeed.
- Connect Redshift’s business tools to a compatible AI app through MCP.
Use it throughout your day.
No monthly message counter for ordinary assistant use. Ask follow-up questions, work through decisions and come back whenever you need help.
What does fair use mean?
Everyday conversation, research, drafting and normal business tasks are included. Continuous unattended coding, bulk processing, resale and large groups of parallel agents are outside everyday use and need a separately agreed workload plan.
If heavy automation affects availability, we may queue or limit that automation while keeping ordinary assistant access available. We will contact you about sustained heavy use before changing your plan. No surprise usage charges.
Connected premium subscriptions keep their own provider limits. Lightspeed remains a separate option when that subscription is unavailable; we do not silently substitute a model for work that requires your premium agent.
